Bergteamet wants to create added value for customers, employees, suppliers, and partners while contributing to sustainable social development. To achieve this, we work actively for good business ethics and social commitment. We take responsibility for climate and the environment and strive for long-term and trusting relationships.
The basis of the code of conduct is the Bergteamet’s core values, competence, partnership, and development. We follow the UN’s Global Compact’s 10 principles in the areas of human rights, labor law, environment, and the fight against corruption. The principles in the code of conduct are also based on the UN declaration on human rights and the ILO core conventions on rights in working life.
- Everyone within Bergteamet, from the board and management to individual employees, is responsible for the content of the code being respected and followed.
- We require that the code of conduct is respected and followed by our business partners (customers, suppliers, and partners).
- The code of conduct forms an overall framework and is supplemented with detailed rules and guidelines for individual areas.
We share our knowledge and help each other. Constantly developing for the better through daily learning is important to us, and we learn through challenging assignments, cooperation, and training. We constantly strive for information, communication, and system support to be clear and simple; the goal is that everyone in Bergteamet should be able to understand and use the operational system to its fullest.
